A partnership involving the Lincoln Country Solid Waste Authority (LCSWA), Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) and the Ruidoso News has begun providing Lincoln and Otero County residents with flourescent light recycling. PNM as announced that all residents can now drop off burned out flourescent tubes and bulbs, ballasts and fixtures at the PNM construction yard, 1100 Mechem in Ruidoso, for recycling on the first Friday and Saturday of each month, 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
